Position
Change/Business Analyst ServiceNow (Senior)
Working hours & location
Temporary role — 32 hours per week. Onsite presence required 2–3 days per week.
Role overview
As a Senior Change/Business Analyst you translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements for ServiceNow. You work closely with the Product Manager and team members to define, analyse and refine business and information requirements so delivered solutions meet customer and business needs, regulatory requirements and strategic objectives.
What you'll do
- Support and maintain the ServiceNow platform on a functional level together with the Product Manager and implementation partners.
- Elicit, document and refine business and information requirements through stakeholder engagement, process mapping and data exploration.
- Break down business challenges into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items; support backlog prioritisation.
- Drive effective embedding of products, support business change and control testing, and maintain functional stability.
- Use feedback, performance data and market insights to drive continuous improvement of the product and internal processes.
- Align with stakeholders to rely more on baseline ServiceNow functionality where appropriate.
Required experience & skills
- ServiceNow IRM: hands-on implementation experience is a must.
- Privacy Management: knowledge is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to support functional stability and business change.
- Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
Roadmap & key challenges
- Improve the risk and control framework by introducing risk roll-up and common controls.
- Improve entity hierarchy.
- Implement Privacy Management.
- Perform upgrade to the Australia Release.
Other requirements
- Senior-level experience; more experience than requested is welcome.
- Availability for the entire duration of the assignment.

- IRM ServiceNow knowledge is a must
- The submitted documents i.e. resume and motivation letter must be submitted in English
- Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Triodos, MAX of TWO candidates per Supplier
- The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
- All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment

- This is a senior role so more experience than requested is also welcome
