  • Support backup and recovery using Oracle RMAN, and maintain high-availability and disaster-recovery configurations, including Oracle Data Guard.
  • Investigate issues involving Oracle ASM, database storage, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Azure cloud engineers, application teams, and infrastructure specialists to resolve cross-platform incidents.
  • Participate in live customer incident calls and provide timely technical analysis.
  • Document incidents, recovery actions, operational changes, and shift handovers.
  • Support production stability and service availability in line with agreed SLAs.

  • Scripting or automation experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
  • Experience with database monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Understanding of database security, access management, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex incidents under pressure.
