As a experienced scrum master, you help teams grow by being a strong, supportive, and inspiring presence. In this role, you’ll make a vital contribution to the long-term success of your Scrum teams and their members by building mindset, relationships and autonomy.

You & your role
We are looking for a self-aware, intrinsically motivated Scrum Master with a passion for leadership development and leadership practices such as systemic coaching. You’ll join the IAM 4 Employees Area within the Tribe Identity & Access Management at Rabobank. Here, you won’t just facilitate Agile rituals—you’ll lead without hierarchy, helping teams and individuals grow by seeing them clearly, challenging limiting beliefs, and daring to name the elephant in the room.

You bring more than Agile expertise. You bring presence, courage, and curiosity. You know that true transformation starts within, and that by knowing yourself and your biases you can coach in a constructive way. Putting thoughts in to practice and making actions tangible. You’ll work closely with Area leadership, fellow Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches to raise the bar of Agile maturity, not just by applying frameworks, but by cultivating psychological safety, ownership, and continuous learning.

Je weet dat echte transformatie van binnenuit begint en dat je door jezelf en je vooroordelen te kennen op een constructieve manier kunt coachen. Je zet gedachten om in praktijk en maakt acties tastbaar. Je kent de ware kracht van experimenteren.

Je werkt nauw samen met het Area leadership, collega Scrum Masters en Agile Coaches om het Agile volwassenheidsniveau te verhogen, niet alleen door het toepassen van frameworks, maar door het cultiveren van psychologische veiligheid, eigenaarschap en continu leren.
