Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Als senior hands-on consultant verbind je business en technologie. Je begeleidt het volledige traject: van discovery en procesontwerp tot configuratie, uitbreiding, integratie, testen, implementatie en adoptie binnen Dynamics 365 en Power Platform.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiden van discoveryworkshops en vertalen van businessbehoeften naar procesmodellen, user stories, acceptatiecriteria en solution designs.
  • Ontwerpen, configureren en uitbreiden van Dynamics 365-oplossingen voor Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys en Project Operations Core.
  • Bouwen van Dataverse-datamodellen, model-driven apps, formulieren, weergaven, dashboards, business rules, business process flows en geautomatiseerde workflows.
  • Ontwerpen van beveiligingsrollen, integraties, datamigraties, application lifecycle management (ALM) en CI/CD-processen.
  • Begeleiden van testen, UAT, implementatievoorbereiding, training, go-live, hypercare en documentatie.
  • Samenwerken met stakeholders, architecten, ontwikkelaars, testers, integratieteams en leveranciers.
  • Toepassen van governance en Microsoft-best practices en begeleiden van teamleden.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys en Project Operations Core.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate en Power BI.
  • Ervaring met model-driven apps, custom tables, formulieren, weergaven, dashboards en custom pages.
  • Kennis van business process flows, business rules, goedkeuringen, notificaties en exception handling.
  • Ervaring met Field Service-functionaliteit, zoals werkorders, planning, overeenkomsten, klantactiva, inspecties, voorraad en mobiele applicaties.
  • Ervaring met JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API en REST-integraties.
  • Kennis van Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus en dataflows.
  • Ervaring met beveiligingsrollen, teams, business units, field security en least-privilege-toegang.
  • Ervaring met Azure DevOps, versiebeheer, deployment pipelines, ALM en CI/CD.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in requirementsanalyse, solution design, Agile delivery, testen, training en stakeholdermanagement.

Opleiding en talen

  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige hogere opleiding in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering of een verwant vakgebied.
  • Relevante Microsoft Dynamics 365- en Power Platform-certificeringen zijn een prĂ©.
  • Professionele beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kunt je cv in het Engels aanleveren.

Werklocatie

Je kunt op afstand werken. Je woont in Nederland en bent bereid om af en toe op locatie in Amsterdam aanwezig te zijn.

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
  • The external worker needs to be living in Netherlands as on-site presence in Amsterdam is occasionally needed

Wensen

  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred

Competenties

  • Senior hands-on consultant who bridges business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem
  • Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
  • Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core
  • Build Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows
  • Design security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD processes
  • Lead testing, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live, hypercare, and solution documentation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and vendors
  • Apply governance and Microsoft best practices while mentoring delivery team members
  • Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core
  • Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages
  • Business process flows, business rules, approvals, notifications, and exception handling
  • Field Service work orders, scheduling, agreements, customer assets, inspections, inventory, and mobile applications
  • JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API, and REST integrations
  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and dataflows
  • Security roles, teams, business units, field security, and least-privilege access
  • Azure DevOps, source control, deployment pipelines, ALM, and CI/CD
  • Requirements analysis, solution design, Agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder management
